CARE TEAM

Our Care Team focuses on:
- Special events for our seniors, ladies, and entire church family. 

- Relationships with our shut-ins.
- Home and hospital visits.
- Delivery of birthday, Christmas, and Easter care packages.
- Weekly prayer list and follow-up.
- One-on-one prayer time.

Through these activities, our mission is to let our Southridge family know that we care and pray for them. This is accomplished with the phenomenal Care Team that we have.

Our Care Team receives a weekly prayer list emailed to each team member. This list is updated every week. There are constant follow-ups on the prayer request, depending on the need. If a meal is needed at this time, that is also arranged.
